Fire Suppression System

Total Flooding Gas Systems for Enclosed Hazardous Spaces

Gas fire suppression systems discharge clean agent (FK-5-1-12, CO2, or Novec 1230) in total flooding concentrations to suppress fire throughout an enclosed space. They activate within seconds of detection, protect assets without water damage, and are mandatory for many insurance-grade installations.

What Is a Fire Suppression System?

Fire suppression systems are advanced, early-stage automatic fire extinguishing systems provided for server rooms and high-value equipment rooms. They detect a fire at its incipient stage and discharge a suppression agent within seconds — controlling the fire before it can damage critical, irreplaceable assets.

Sujay Fire designs, supplies, installs, and commissions the full range of gas-based and agent-based suppression systems, selecting the right agent for each occupancy based on asset value, room volume, and whether the space is occupied.

What We Supply

Fire Suppression Systems We Supply & Install

CO2 Flooding

A carbon dioxide (CO2) flooding system is a fixed installation designed to displace the oxygen in the protected space and thus extinguish the fire. It is usually used to fight fires in engine rooms, boiler rooms, and pump rooms, and normally consists of a series of large CO2 cylinders.

FM 200 Fire Suppression

The main advantage of FK-5-1-12 fire suppression is the small amount of agent required to suppress a fire. FK-5-1-12 systems reach extinguishing levels in 10 seconds or less, stopping ordinary combustible, electrical, and flammable liquid fires before they cause significant damage.

NAFS 125 Fire Suppression

NAFS 125 is a clean agent fire suppression system that requires 20% less agent than FK-5-1-12 and is safe for people and the environment, with an ozone depletion potential of 0. It protects electrical systems and has a unique lemon-type smell to alert occupants.

Inergen Suppression

INERGEN is a highly effective fire suppression system for extinguishing fire and preventing re-ignition, with no risk to people or damage to equipment when engineered and installed by a qualified fire suppression systems installation company.

Electric Panel Suppression

Electrical panel suppression systems use detection tubing installed throughout the enclosure and connected to the cylinder valve. The tubing is charged with nitrogen, and this pressure holds back the extinguishant in the cylinder. Should a high temperature or fire occur, the pressurized tubing bursts and the extinguishant is deployed directly from the burst hole onto the fire.

DSPA Fire Suppression System

DSPA offers a detection and extinguishing system that can detect a fire at the very early stage and extinguish it in just a few seconds. Its main advantages are that it is easy to install and maintain, very efficient, highly safe, and cost-efficient — it does not affect oxygen levels and is non-corrosive, non-conductive, environment-friendly, and not harmful to humans or animals.
