Fire Fighting System
High-Volume Water Supply for Manual Firefighting Operations
A fire hydrant system is a dedicated pressurised water distribution network — consisting of underground/overhead tanks, pumps, rising mains, landing valves, and hose reels — that gives firefighters immediate access to high-volume water supply anywhere in the building.

Fire Fighting System
Every system sized and routed per National Building Code guidelines
Covers both internal landing valves on each floor and external yard hydrants for fire brigade access
Schedule 40 MS pipes with epoxy coating or SS option for corrosion-resistant distribution
Full hydraulic testing and fire pump commissioning with documented performance report
Engineered to Code
Every building category demands a different hydrant configuration. Here's how we design each one to meet NBC norms and pass fire-NOC inspection.

Downcomer fire fighting systems are provided in residential buildings above 15 metre height — this category comprises P+5, P+6, and P+7 structures. The fire department recommends a booster fire pump with a vertical riser and basic equipment on each floor.

These residential buildings are provided with a wet riser, courtyard fire hydrant, and manual fire alarm system.
A main pump and standby pump are provided at the underground water tank. If a sprinkler system is provided to the basement / multi-level parking, a jockey pump is also installed. A booster pump is provided at the terrace.

These residential buildings are provided with a wet riser, are fully sprinklered, and have an addressable detection system.

Staircase, lobby, and lift pressurization is included.
This system can be integrated with other services like lift, generator, boom barrier, access control, and SMS alert system.

The courtyard fire hydrant system is installed to fight fire from outside the building. The hydrant valves are installed along with a hose box, hose pipe, and nozzle at every 30/45 metre interval depending on the category of hazard.
