Fire Fighting System Annual Maintenance
Sujay Fire LLP
Sujay Fire undertakes non-comprehensive annual maintenance contracts for fixed fire fighting systems. We are a licensed agency to test, check, and maintain the system and issue Form B. Quarterly maintenance covers equipment inspection, pump testing, fire alarm checks, sprinkler inspection, and hose-reel/hydrant testing.
O&M for Pressurization

Operation and maintenance of staircase and lift pressurization systems, including mandatory staff training and at least two visits yearly. Axial fans are kept in auto mode, and monthly maintenance requires manual fan operation for two hours with an automatic panel reset.
O&M for Mechanical Ventilation

Operation and maintenance of mechanical ventilation systems, requiring safe operational conditions and trained staff with a minimum of two visits yearly. Monthly maintenance involves manual fan operation for two hours followed by restoration to auto mode.
